I need to book a flight back to Canada that is able to be cancelled a few weeks later.
Does anyone know any airline that does it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is looking for airlines that offer flights back to Canada with the option for free cancellation. Comments suggest that most regular airlines offer fare types that include free cancellation, though they come at a higher cost. It's recommended to book directly from the airline's website rather than through third parties to facilitate easier cancellations. Additionally, alternatives like using onward tickets instead of an actual return flight are mentioned.
You need to pay for the fare that allows free cancellation... most regular airlines offer this. It will cost you more upfront and if they change the policy between booking and when you cancel, you could be screwed.
If you don't need the actual ticket and it's just to show a document use onward ticket or one of those services.
