Hi, I will be moving into Bangkok next month, is there only the one immigration building to register Tm30. According to Google maps I'm going to be 1hr away from division 1.

Yep in Bangkok the only location to file a TM30 is out at the main immigration office in the government complex (Building B) on Chaengwattana Road

You should just talk to your landlord about them filing for you. OR see about using the online TM30 system
