May I know when is the latest date I can apply for renewal of my Non-imm (O) visa married to Thai husband.

Due to some urgent commitment in my home country, the earliest I can return is 16/3, plan to go LP immigration office on 17/3….

then that's the last day you can apply for the new extension.

I would recommend you go to your immigration office though with your thai husband and your proof of leaving the country (and comin' back the day before your current stamp expires) and SEE if they can issue you the extension before you leave..

All they can say is no, 🙂 You're out nothing by trying..
