TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your SETV (Single Entry Tourist Visa) for an additional 30 days, you can typically apply to an Immigration Office starting from 15 to 30 days before your visa's expiration date, which in this case is June 5th.

Some offices 30 days before, others 15 days before last day of Admitted to Stay date in passport.

I read reports of doing it on the day of arrival in Chaeng Wattana and in Phuket, but most offices it is 30 days or some 15 days. I keep it on the safe side.

I think Chaengwattana even accepts 40.
