I meet the criteria with my company for the LTR visa, but I don’t know my company to know I am applying for it.

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the LTR (Long-Term Resident) visa in Thailand, it is generally understood that the BOI (Board of Investment) does not directly contact your employer. However, applicants are usually required to provide specific company documentation, such as a letter confirming their current position and salary. Therefore, while your employer may not be contacted, it is important to have the necessary employer-provided documents ready for the application process.

The BOI doesn't contact your employer, but it's very possible they'll want some documents from your employer as part of the process, assuming you are talking about the remote foreign employee LTR. You failed to mention which one so impossible to give an accurate response.
yes. Sorry, the foreign employee LTR. Sure, I can get the proof of employment and other documentation. I just don’t want my company to know my plans for the visa
