Advice please, my husband is french and has a non O-A  in 2017 which the extension will expire next week. He flew to get a new O-A in France but just knew we need to have 24000 euro in thai bank (new rule from 19 september) at least 2 months in advance. 

What visa does he should apply there if he want to come back to thailand next month?
