What visa options are available for opening a startup in Bangkok, and how can I bring my elderly Japanese parents who hold US passports?

Need advice on the following:

1. I want to move to BKK for my AI startup to grow in the market here. What are some of the visa or living requirement to stay here for a longer term plan? Is there any startup friendly visas or perks if I carry a US passport? Any special programs for tech AI startups?

2. I want to also move my elderly Japanese retiree parents out here as well. They are Japanese nationals but they also carry a US passport. Any special programs for them that should be considered?
