Just a heads up, after going through paperwork etc and PHOTOS taken from the house for retirement visa, that was part one for prosses leading to 3 month visa application, this is part 2, immigration visit your dwelling to confirm your photos AND require 3 people to be there to sign a declaration saying that Yes you do live there, this is a new procedure when you're applying for a 3 month plus retirement visa,

Hope this makes sense for all those thinking of this kind of visa, Ps this was Roi Et immigration.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The new procedure for applying for a 3-month retirement visa in Thailand includes an immigration visit to confirm the validity of photos taken of the applicant's dwelling. Additionally, the applicant must have three people present to sign a declaration affirming their residency at the given address. This update specifically pertains to the Roi Et immigration office, and applicants are advised to check with their local offices for any differing requirements.
