UPDATE : Finally leaving the building after 6 hours , Even though I arrived before the office opened, I got spot number 262 in the queue because the line was already long at that time.

Anonymous participant That is crazy - I would be using an agent next time if it was me for Bangkok.

Anonymous participant Yes, available at every office I know of. They will come and pick up your passport then return it with the report done. Agents are options for almost everything. 🙂

Update: I arrived at 8:30 and got number 262 in the queue. They were only at number 25 at the time. Now they’re on lunch break from 12 to 1 PM, and I’m still waiting here :(

Anonymous participant Bloody hell. I knew Bangkok was the slowest but that is crazy. Longest I took at Jomtien was 30 minutes. Just did my first at Chiang Mai and it took about 5 mins at the counter- no queue. You might want to look at agent if you need to do in Bangkok. I think they charge 650 THB and save you time and travel.
