If you are teaching online, your visa application depends on the location of your students. If none of your students are in Thailand, you may apply for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV), which allows for remote work. However, if any students are Thai, you will need a work permit and a visa that allows the issuance of a work permit.
you made me curious so I took a look. He's got TEFL but really can't write in English correctly. So hope he's not teaching anything that requires English as a language.
technically there are zero limits on border entrances either via land sea or air…so just border bounce forever

Jeremy Miller Yes "technically". But smart people get a proper visa which doesn't require the expense of scampering to a land border and an immigration office every 30 or 60 days. Border bouncing does cost money and time
Depends on where your students are. If none of them are in Thailand then a DTV. If any are in Thailand you need a work permit and a visa that allows you to hold one

Are your clients Thai? If so you need a work permit.
If no Thais then you could look at the DTV which allows remote work.
