What do I need to have for sufficient proof of vaccination to enter Thailand? Has anyone been denied entry because their vaccination records didnt meet their criteria?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To enter Thailand, travelers must provide proof of vaccination that aligns with the official guidelines set by the Thai authorities. A vaccination certificate typically needs to include the passport number and must be from an approved vaccine list. Concerns have been raised about how failure to meet these criteria could lead to denied entry. Discussions also highlight frustrations regarding the complexities of travel to Thailand amidst ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.

Still wondering why anyone would want to go to Thailand with the million ludicrous rules and paperwork with empty cities, closed bars and restaurants, poor people, rising criminality and suicides???
We avoid it like the plague until they got their covid shite sorted, thanks ๐ฅด๐ ๐

What have you got, you should have been issued a certificate.
The country you are applying from will be the one checking the paperwork so they will know what is issued when you are applying
can I ask once you are on the country how do the authorities know what is approved or not ( eg. I want to catch a domestic flight and have to show my Australia covid certificate how will they know it's legit and acceptable ) ?
not sure its Thailand i would still use it they love official paperwork. There is a Thailand vaccine passport that started recently i am not sure if you can get it with an overseas vaccination record. I was going to look into this next week
ok cheers mate . I was curious to know and I notice you post alot of good answers so you obviously have the knowledge for this sort of stuff
I too might look into it ..
P.S . I also got vaccinated after I received my COE so it will not be in the system anyways . I didnt update my COE is it was no point as I still have to 14 days ASQ regardless ..
they dont check that one. When you complete your quarantine whether its ASQ or Phuket sandbox, you will get release papers issued by ministry of health. You keep hold of these and use them. Although last july when i did asq afterwards i never once had to show them.
Will see now when i finish sandbox and drive home if that has changed
