TLDR : Answer Summary
The post is about identifying a particular type of visa, specifically a 14-day entry stamp under a visa-waiver program, and inquiring about the possibility of extending it for an additional 30 days. Responses clarify that this entry stamp is not eligible for a 30-day extension due to the rules of the visa-waiver program.
LOOK at that stamp it's a ผ14 <- that means they came from Myanmar (by air) or Cambodia. They can't get a 30 day extension on that stamp

Robert Lagas there as only so many nationalities allowed to enter on visa wavier. For my understanding they can all extend for 1900 baht. What countries are not allowed?
, Don't mix the visa-waiver program (bilateral agreement) with the visa-exempt scheme. They are DIFFERENT. You are talking about visa-exempt scheme, but OP has the stamp on visa-waiver (bilateral agreement), not visa-exempt, and that is not eligible for 30days tourism extension.
Your best bet is trying to apply for the extension based on being unable to travel due to Covid OR ask your embassy to get a letter for an extension based on embassy's request.
