Hi everyone,

I’m planning to apply for the DTV visa as an American selling on Amazon and eBay. I run the business under my own name (sole proprietor), filing taxes in my name with a Schedule C (profit & loss form for a business).

I’ll be applying electronically through the Thai Embassy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Does anyone know if Amazon and eBay stores screenshots (that show my name) are accepted as sufficient proof of a business? Or do they usually require additional documents like W9 from Amazon, bank deposit records from Amazon or IRS tax filings?

Would really appreciate hearing from anyone with similar experience or who’s gone through this process. Thanks in advance!

Make it simply by applying as a freelancer. Show invoices and bank withdrawals. Forget about the tax docs and business registration stuff. I heard Hanoi is less strict than HCM.
