I would like to apply for a DTV visa while I'm in Indonesia

What is the exact website to apply from please?

Which exact documents do I need ?

I'm flying to my country Mexico in few days but will start the process here in indonesia and apply from here, it's okay right?

My friend did it last year but I think the process changed a little since then, so I'm asking here

This year it did not change.

Last year there where three different purpose to apply for a DTV where all three has their own rules and regulations. Different documents needed depending on purpose.

What is required is dependant upon the embassy you use. You need to check the website for that embassy to get their exact requirements.

Most embassies require you to remain in the jurisdiction of that embassy for the entire time from when you apply until the visa is issued. They can summon you for an interview to ensure you are still in the country, and more often they will ask for every page of your passport with a way to prove the date of the photo so they can ensure you don't have any exit or entry stamps from other countries showing that you left.
