Hello to all of you 

im in Thailand now and soon will be making application in Vietnam

Im Sweden national but permanent address in Portugal, anyone have same situation? 

What do you put on the ”permanent address same as current address”? 

Perma: Portugal

Current: Thailand?

Didn't you already pose this question? Current address is going to be wherever you're staying in Vietnam, you can't put Thailand because the visa is not sold in Thailand. Your permanent address is wherever you legally stay permanently, which you appeared to say is Portugal.
