TLDR : Answer Summary
The underconsideration stamp in Bangkok immigration may not be covered under the current amnesty, and it's advised that individuals should return to the local immigration office by the date stamped on their passport.

Assuming you are talking about the extension of stay based on the COVID-19 virus, it is our belief that you should go back to the local immigration office on the day of the stamp.

If it's for an extension of stay based on marriage/ "retirement"/ etc., then yes, you should go back on the date stamped in your pasport.
