What should I do if the Thai embassy can't access the links in my portfolio submission as a video editor?

Hey all! Just got a request for extra docs re: portfolio as I'm a video editor and the embassy staff said they were unable to access the links I provided (checked before I submitted, they were fine my end!) Have any other video editors experienced this? I think I'll send back a portfolio with a pdf slideshow of some screenshots from relevant videos instead with descriptions of the work I did, but if anyone else has any suggestions I am open!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A video editor is seeking advice after the Thai embassy could not access links in their portfolio. They plan to submit a PDF slideshow with screenshots and descriptions of their work instead. Other commenters suggest providing screenshots of specific details that include the editor's name or image, and some share similar experiences of using screenshots for their submissions.

As my bf applied for business owner. I did gave them a screen short of website instead of link. So I think you should screenshot of any details that have your name of your face in that video or website

I am in the same situation I was going to just upload screenshots of website / sales and social media pages and join them together
