I'm trying to use the website of the Thai Consulate in Los Angeles, California to apply for a 90 day Non-O retirement visa. I have questions (eg, why is there no field for middle names? Is this going to result in denial?) And the only way to contact this Consulate is with the Line app but the app link is broken..๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ Anyone else having these problems?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing issues with the Thai Consulate's website in Los Angeles while applying for a 90-day Non-O retirement visa, specifically regarding the absence of a field for middle names on the application. There is concern about whether this will lead to a visa denial. Community responses suggest using the official Thai E-Visa website for application submission and emphasize the importance of matching the name format on the application with that in the passport, sharing personal experiences of similar challenges.

Jim, I had an issue with the middle name at LA Thai Consulate 555. When I applied, it had a place to put my middle name and I used it. My Visa was denied because it did not match my passport. I re-applied adding my middle name in the first name spot (i.e Kevin Middle name) It was approved the next day. Just make sure that it matches how your passport lists your first and middle name. That was an $80 mistake LOL 555.

Like mentioned, use the official site and your name in your passport needs to match the name on your application 100%.

What about the official Thai E-Visa website? That's where you should apply for any type of visa.
