What should I do if my DTV Workcation application in HCMC is still in processing after submission?

Advice on DTV Workcation in HCMC

Hi all, was hoping to get some advice regarding my DTV application

First off, I applied for the DTV Workcation in HCMC on the 12th of May. I understand not much time has lapsed but my worries come from the fact that the status still shows as "Processing, Pending Document Check (1)"

Seeing others on the group received a request for additional docs within 24h has me a little worried as I've not heard anything since I applied.

For reference I work for a UK based company and am a British Passport holder, I provided the following docs:

1. Cover letter from my manager stating my work and what I do, signed

2. Employment Contract, showing remote work, signed

3. Employment Offer Letter, signed

4. 11 Months Payslips

5. End of year tax return

5. Passport showing all entries into and out of Thailand and entry into Ho Chi Minh City

6. Booking confirmation for the hotel I am staying at in Ho Chi Minh City.

7. Passport Photograph

8. Document stating purpose of visit

9. Official HMRC doc showing Company Name change

10. Official HMRC doc showing Company registration and incorporation

11. 6 Month bank statement showing sufficient funds (Although this is not the account I receive my salary in, this is my savings account)

12. Every page of passport including all entries in and out of Thailand (No Visa overstay, I've only been to Thailand twice and I left a few days before the end date of the Visa on both occasions)

13. Completed New Employee Data Form

14. Cover letter explaining my work, my companies' work (stating that we do not have any clients outside of the UK due to regulations) and explaining how I carry out my job

15. DMK -> HCMC Outbound flight confirmation and booking

16. HCMC Hotel booking confirmation and booking

I triple checked all details to ensure that there are no discrepancies in the names/dates as well so I know the details are correct.

I was wondering if anyone has any advice on this? Prior to submitting my application I believed it was a relatively strong application due to all the documents I provided but the radio silence has me a little worried.

I hope I am just being impatient and paranoid but would love to hear others' experience on this
