Hello, I was just curious how long some of you had to wait for your LTR? My application has been in final review for some time and 3 1/2 months since the submission. When I called BOI, they said it’s with the relevant government agencies, but no one has asked me for any additional documents. Is it possible that these departments are just taking a long time? 3 1/2 months seems quite long relative to what other people seem to have experienced. Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is inquiring about the typical wait time for the Long-Term Resident (LTR) visa application, as their application has been in final review for 3.5 months without any request for additional documents. They have contacted the Board of Investment (BOI) and have been informed that the application is with relevant government agencies. Community comments indicate that the usual processing time is 1 to 1.5 months and suggest frequent follow-up calls to expedite the process. The poster is currently in the US and has struggled to get in touch by phone, contemplating setting up a Zoom call with an initial contact at BOI.
LONG TERM RESIDENT (LTR) VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
That’s exactly what I thought. The problem is I’m still in the US and no one seems to pick up by phone. So I’ve been sending a message to the regular LTR email. They do respond quickly but it’s always a one sentence general message that says ny application is with the relevant agencies and I must wait for an update in the system. I’m wondering if I should set up a zoom call with the gentleman who advised me initially?
That's MUCH longer than normal. I'd say normal is anywhere from 1-1.5 months. If I was you I would be calling at least once a week and pestering them about it.
