The size is 2mb Max, create a pdf from the photos or scans, so if its say 3 pages link them into 1 pdf file, then go to ilovepdf.com and choose high compression that will reduce the files to less than 2mb for each file.

It was rather simple for me. I took photos of the docs on my android phone. Transferred the photos to my iMac. Logged on to the TM30 website using Google Chrome and uploaded the photos. The website states files must not be more than 2MB in size. No problems here.

I set up to do my own TM 30 and had the same issue. I had to save the files as lower resolution PDF in single pages and upload them, owners house book, Thai ID card from owner and contract

Check the file type and if there are any size restrictions for the upload. Check the file type of the image.

You can use free file converters online and you can also shrink the file size to make it compliant

As ML Orzel said, it is almost certainly a file type incompatibility problem.

If she’s trying to upload a picture, it is probably the default HEIF/HEVC format which is default.

She can change the settings in the camera settings to “most compatible” and then change it back later, but using a third party app makes this process super simple too.

Something like TurboScan makes this simple. It can produce whatever format you prefer (no affiliation).
