What is the process for applying for a temporary work permit in Thailand to hire foreign volunteers for 1-2 months?

Hi, hoping that someone can give me an advice.

If I wanna hire foreigners/or welcome Volunteers for a short time ( let's say 1-2 month) how easy or difficult is the process to apply for a temporary work permit?

We wanna work with locals as well for sure but for a few positions it would be necessary to have Volunteers.
