Not exactly SE Asia but Taipei told me they aim to continue to have the same 2 day turnaround when online. The first week or so of the launch may take a day or so longer, I was informed.

With all now using the Evisa online application system, the quickness of the application approval will vary.

Make sure you are using a Muay Thai training gym which has successfully assisted many people in getting the DTV visa. ASK the Muay Thai training school where their students are going to make application.
