Had to get also business registration documents, from Muay Thai Gym and print at 7-11.
Had to come back Tuesday afternoon for an interview.
After interview I paid the fee and then told to come back Wednesday afternoon to pickup my passport.
So in total, the process took around 54 hours start to finish.
And Taipei and the people and food are pretty cool.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual successfully applied for a DTV visa for Muay Thai training in Taipei, completing the application process in about 54 hours. They submitted several documents, including proof of enrollment in a Muay Thai course, a bank statement, and business registration from the training gym. After submitting their application, they had an interview the following day and returned the next afternoon to pick up their passport. The discussion also touched on the cost of Muay Thai training courses and the standard requirement for limited company certification from gyms for visa applications.
Think I must have been standing in line with you that Monday with the same staff. It was a workout getting this application in. Am glad yours came through!
Most embassys have been asking for Ltd company certification for gym for 3 months now. It's become a standard requirement actually. Congratulations on visa !!
they wanted to know why I was in Taipei to apply. My previously work and travel in Thailand, and my plans. I was all legitimate , so I didn’t worry but I’m sure they are aware of some less honest people
