2nd time entry at BK under DTV , no issues ,!very pleasant and Female IO was delightful !

Do not staple this laminated e-mail print out to your passport.
As some people think that when you apply for a new passport you must change your e-mail account as the Immigration Database suddenly deleted your account based on the staple.

I did the lamination too but ours wasn’t impressed and wanted lease, bank statements etc etc. best to print all that junk out and just bring it in a folder each time I reckons

yep, they can request any of the visa related documents or evidence on where you stay. Learning for me was just print all the stuff, ask what they need and hand over with a smile.Robert *******

Okay, so you are just one of those scaremongers.Denied entry if you booked a hotel room, entry with maximum 180 days stay if you have a lease.
I guess you are a landlord trying to promote long term lease on the property in your port folio.
