What is the easiest way to obtain a Thai DTV visa for retirees, and what are the requirements for schools and payments?

hello guys can anyone guide me whats the best easilest way to get dtv visa if im kinda retired i mean im not a freelancer or remote worker but i heard if i sign up for a thai cooking school or muay thai classes or thai language school i will be able to apply is that true ?sure i can comply with the bank balance sheet thing of 500k or more ,,, and for how long we must pay upfront to these schools in this case ? and if technically let say as some said we dont need to pay or give more than a month upfront just in case we were rejected then how come we will have right to stay 5 years and will it be possible to do border run every 6 month or we must fly out of thailand every 180 days ? thnx alot .cheers
