Before DTV came out, they were known as one of the worst embassies in the world to apply at. They would take 1-2 months to process a simple tourist visa. They would let the flight date included in the application pass and then reject the application for that reason.

I had seen a couple of positive reports about DTV from there, but in general I would not expect good service from that embassy.
