What is the process for applying for a DTV visa for remote work as an Indian citizen?

DTV application for remote work for Indian citizen:

Applied on 18th April via the Chennai Embassy in India (Online)

Docs submitted:

1. 6month payslip

2. bank statement of last 6month with 500k baht (half of it was transferred into my bank the same day, so the past 6 months balance maintenance was not required)

3. Work contract stating im a remote employee

4. Drivers license showing im a resident of my state

Paid the fee on the 22nd, and the same day i was requested for additional docs that showed accommodation in thailand.

Added airbnb booking for 1 month for the additional doc the same day and the docs got reviewed on the same day.

22nd - 25th Pending Approval

25th - Approved

PRINT OUT THE EMAIL THAT HAS YOUR DTV VISA.

That's what you should do... print it out.

You may have to show PROOF of your DTV Visa to airline staff on check-in for your flight ✈️ to Thailand...even to the connecting airline staff. Or to the land border crossing entry Thai Immigration Officer.

Upon arrival into Thailand, show the DTV visa to the Thai Immigration Officer and look at the STAMP placed in your passport to be sure you are STAMPED in for 180 days.
