hello

My grandson in pattaya His Muay Thai training camp gave him a 6-month registration certificate to give to immigration. To get the 6 months visa, they tell him to go abroad (Vietnam, Burma, Laos)

Bonjour

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user has inquired about the best options for their grandson in Pattaya, who needs to obtain a 6-month visa after receiving a registration certificate from a Muay Thai training camp. They are exploring low-cost travel options to neighboring countries like Vietnam, Laos, or Myanmar to facilitate this visa process. Comments suggest that Vietnam is considered the easiest and quickest option for obtaining the visa, with processing times of 4 to 5 working days. There are also warnings regarding travel to Myanmar due to issues with their e-visa system.

Avoid going to Burma (Myanmar) unless you are sure your passport can enter without applying for an e-visa. Their e-visa system has been down since the earthquake on 28 March.

I'm leaving tomorrow to do mine, the Muay Thai place who's helping me said Vietnam is the easiest, quickest as well as Indonesia. If I'd known I could do it all online if have gone to Bali. But it's Vietnam for me, 4&5 working days they said
