hello to all!
need advice, moving to Thailand next month with 1 dog.
Am I forced to take an A/R flight or will just one way do it? , I don't risk being refused because I will return with a tourist visa and then ask for my retirement visa on the spot?
where should the retirement visa procedures be done before coming back?
Do you have a solution to my problem?
Thank you

Merci
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on moving to Thailand next month with a dog, specifically questioning whether a one-way flight is sufficient or if a round-trip ticket is required. They are also concerned about applying for a retirement visa and whether these procedures should take place before returning to Thailand with a tourist visa. The response in the comments suggests applying for the retirement visa in the user's home country, as it will simplify the process upon arrival, especially when arriving with a valid non-O visa.
