Thanks for the compliment, as far as I know: Settle paymenst with staf, sso, tax, outstanding bills, accountant fees, lawyer fees and your accountant and lawyer will tell you some other fees. As closing a company has nothing to with a Thai Visa, btw you have to cancel your Extension of Stay based on working if you had one on the day the company closes down, but that is just a tip.
