(Update: Visa Approved!)
Hi everyone! Has anyone experienced a similar situation with the Thai e-Visa (Destination Thailand Visa - Digital Nomad)?
Here is my timeline:
* May 19: Applied and paid for my DTV visa (Remote Worker).
* May 22: The TECO (Taipei office) called and asked for additional documents. I submitted them the same day.
* May 25: The status changed to "Pending Approval" and has been stuck there ever since.
It’s been a while, and I haven't received any further updates, emails, or calls. Should I proactively email them to follow up, or is it better to just keep waiting? Any advice would be appreciated!

Got my DTV visa this morning! Sharing my application experience from Taipei, Taiwan.
Visa Type: DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) - Remote Worker
* May 19: Submitted application and paid fees.
* May 22: Received a call from the Thailand Trade and Economic Office in Taipei requesting additional documents.
* May 22: Uploaded the requested documents immediately.
* May 25: Status changed to "Pending Approval."
* June 15: Received the approval notification via email.
(No interview was required. The waiting time was a bit long—about a month in total, or approximately 20 working days excluding weekends. I did not call or email them to follow up or urge them during the process.)

I applied through the Taipei office as a Taiwan passport holder and did not use an agent.
I had most of my documents ready from the start, including tax records, pay slips, salary deposit proofs, and a remote work verification letter from my company.
The only issue I ran into was the proof of the 500,000 THB balance requirement. Since I had been actively managing my investments, my account balance had dipped below 500,000 THB at times during the three-month period. The officer informed me that the balance must be maintained at 500,000 THB or more for the full three months.
To resolve this, she suggested that a family member provide a "Financial Support Letter." I had my family member write the letter and provide proof of our relationship, which was accepted.
I hope this information is helpful to others applying from Taipei! Thanks to the group for the support.
