November 12: status changed to Pending approval

No request for additional documents

November 17: visa granted

4 business days

📄 Documents submitted (3 PDF files)

1️⃣ Proof of Location

Table of contents:

Passport Entry Stamp – Vietnam (p.2)

Flight ticket: Chiang Mai → Ho Chi Minh (p.3)

Flight ticket + boarding pass: Ho Chi Minh → Hanoi (p.5)

Airbnb Payment Receipt (p.9)

Cover Letter ( I affirm that I will remain on Vietnamese territory during my application ) (p.10)

2️⃣ Overview of Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) Application File

Portfolio of my second activity + client recommendation letter with company stamps (p.11)

Business Registration in French + certified translation (p.17)

Income Documents (p.19)

I had over 600,000 baht on my personal account and an average income of 60000 baht /month.

If anyone wants an example of how I structured my file or has questions about a specific document, I’m happy to help 😉

Sorry, you were just talking about the Portfolio. I presented my activity on a first page. The type of client, what I do for them. Then on other pages I put a lot of screenshots of the websites I work on and the specific tasks I've been able to do. Not all of them, just a few. You just have to be clear and don't hesitate to put annotations.

There's too much personal information to show. But it's quite simple. I made a front page with a table of contents. I numbered all the pages. And above all, I've explained my documents a lot using annotations. I don't think you should hesitate to explain these documents.

Did you have the same closing balance for 3 months?
