Good afternoon Group. Maybe someone can help me with this question:

Soon I will get my first 3 months of student visa. I need to notify immigration in the first 24 hours of being in Thailand, what will my address be?

And in that case should the owner of the house be my guarantor? I ask the latter because I will stay at a good friend's house but she is not the owner, she rents the house. Thank you very much and happy day.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on the requirements for notifying immigration in Thailand after obtaining a 3-month student visa, particularly regarding the address to register and whether their friend, who is not the property owner, can be the guarantor.

and as this has all the hall marks of turning into another TM30 pissing match as far as who is really responsible, I'd say we're done.

Good Luck

The requirements that you need to provide for you or the person you live with to file a TM30 form is totally up to the immigraiton office.

Seeing as there are 70+ offices in the country it might help to narrow down where you will be living in thailand. AND to post on a f/b group related to that area of the country so people who have filed TM30's can answer too
