What have been the experiences of Egyptians applying for the Thai DTV from Cairo?

🇪🇬 Any Egyptians here who applied for the Thai DTV from Cairo and were actually accepted?

I’m trying to find someone who has gone through this recently because I’m in a really frustrating situation.

I literally flew to Malaysia on August 29th specifically to apply for the DTV, and unfortunately, the same day the new rule came out, meaning I’m no longer eligible to apply from Malaysia or other neighboring countries.

Now I have no choice but to fly back to Egypt and apply through the Thai Embassy in Cairo.

Has any Egyptian citizen recently applied for the DTV from Cairo and been approved? 🇪🇬🇹🇭

If yes, I’d really appreciate it if you could share:

* When you applied

* What documents you submitted

* How long it took

* Whether you applied directly or through an agent

* Whether there were any issues because you were applying from Egypt

* And whether you were ultimately approved

I’ve heard very mixed information about DTV applications from Cairo, so I’m specifically looking for recent experiences from Egyptians who actually got approved.
