Hi. With the TDAC arrival card, it says to complete within 3 days. So is that the 3 days prior to your flight arriving into Thailand? I mean, can I still complete it the day before my flight and be okay? Or does it mean to complete it at least 3 days before? I'm just wondering because I'll be waiting on my DTV approval and may need to move my flight if I'm still waiting, so I don't know exactly which day I will fly.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TDAC arrival card must be completed within 72 hours before your flight arrives in Thailand, meaning you can fill it out on the same day or up to two days prior. Some users have confirmed that the system allows date selection for arrival only within this 3-day window.

If you have a stopover I take it that it's the flight you arrive in Bangkok on that you provide the details for ?

The calendar to choose your date of arrival only lets you go back 3 days. So you can do it any time within those 3 days
