TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is applying for a DTV visa and is unsure about which documents to upload due to the one-document limit per section. Recommendations from the community suggest merging all relevant documents (CV, portfolio, contracts, and references) into a single PDF for submission. Additionally, including a cover letter at the top of the PDF to explain each part is advised, ensuring that all essential information is presented clearly.

Combine everything into one PDF, and put your cover letter explaining each part at the top of the file.

With german documentation, you will be best of applying in Germany, to avoid documents being rejected or to have official translations made of the documents.

The German Thai Embassy, will recognize standard German documents, where other embassies may be reluctant to approve such documents

many people are from many different countries are coming to all those south east Asia countries to apply for their DTV. They should be used to it

Anonymous participant You will be fine applying from Vietnam. You are correct they are used to it hence so many go there and get approved with no problem. triple check your docs, before submitting.

thanks men ok I will

But that does not mean that it is the best way to be approved, especially when your documentation is not all in English, which are depanded if you don’t apply in the country from which the documents originate from.

Hence many applicants are asked for additional / translated documentation, which resets the visa processing time to zero, and therefore extra cost of staying longer time in the country of the Embassy applyed at.

I know what you mean, but almost everyone I know who has the DTV didn't apply from their home country

Majority of people in this forum do not apply in their home country I think. Vast majority are approved first time in another country, the system is made to apply overseas. I get what you saying but it is not difficult getting approved outside of your home country except for a couple of embassies like KL..
