Hello,

I’m going to Hanoi to make my DTV next week. I wanted to know how do I get a proof of my current location when I’ll stay in Vietnam, like what type of documents should I need ?

What’s the delay in average ?

And any advice of what type of extra documents should I provide to avoid them asking me for more documents ? (I’m doing workcation)

Thank you in advance 🫡

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a DTV visa in Hanoi, you should provide proof of your location, which can be done with hotel or Airbnb booking invoices, and a photo of your Vietnam entry stamp from your passport. It's advisable to combine these documents into one PDF file to avoid extra document requests. The average delay for processing may vary, but having these documents ready will help streamline the process.

Provide the invoice of your hotel / Airbnb booking for location proof, can also attach a picture of the stamp you get in the passport once you enter vietnam (add both invoice and stamp, combine them into one pdf file )
