I will be applying for the remote work DTV visa in Hanoi next week and I have a couple questions.
For anyone who applied in Vietnam and had additional documents requested, what documents where they, and do you know why you needed to show additional documents?
I am a US citizen who has lived in Thailand on a non-o visa in Thailand for the past year, and I am applying from Vietnam, so which address do I need to use for my document indicating current location. I am assuming this is my passport entry stamp for Vietnam?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for the remote work DTV visa in Vietnam, it's important to provide the address of your current accommodation in Vietnam, such as a hotel or Airbnb. In addition, be prepared to provide supplementary documents; previous applicants noted that they were asked for proof of accommodation, a passport entry stamp into Vietnam, and a boarding pass from Thailand. Make sure to clarify which specific DTV visa you are applying for, as this may influence the documentation required.
You will use the address of the hotel/Airbnb/wherever you are staying in Vietnam. They asked us for 'further proof' so we had to show our accommodation receipt, passport stamp into Vietnam, and our boarding pass for our flight from Thailand to Vietnam.
i have applied for a DTV abroad and you can find posts detailing submission of boarding passes and i know DTVERS who have done it. You need to show you are in the location of application, a boarding pass can be used for that.

You don't say what DTV you are applying for, remote worker or soft power, so how can anyone help?
