I will be applying for the remote work DTV visa in Hanoi next week and I have a couple questions.
For anyone who applied in Vietnam and had additional documents requested, what documents where they, and do you know why you needed to show additional documents?
I am a US citizen who has lived in Thailand on a non-o visa in Thailand for the past year, and I am applying from Vietnam, so which address do I need to use for my document indicating current location. I am assuming this is my passport entry stamp for Vietnam?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user seeking to apply for a remote work DTV visa from Vietnam inquires about additional documentation needed during the application process. They also ask about the appropriate address to use on their documents, given they are coming from Thailand. Responses indicate that applicants may need to show proof of accommodation in Vietnam and may be required to present their passport entry stamp and boarding pass.
You will use the address of the hotel/Airbnb/wherever you are staying in Vietnam. They asked us for 'further proof' so we had to show our accommodation receipt, passport stamp into Vietnam, and our boarding pass for our flight from Thailand to Vietnam.
i have applied for a DTV abroad and you can find posts detailing submission of boarding passes and i know DTVERS who have done it. You need to show you are in the location of application, a boarding pass can be used for that.
