Terribly sorry if this has been asked before
I have a 90 day non-immigrant b visa that is set to expire March 2 however, all the documents I require for the one-year extension of stay are not going to be ready until March 1, which seems a little bit risky
I was wondering, just to be on the safe side, if there is an easy or easiest or somewhat not too difficult Boarder crossing I can do from Thailand should I need to leave the country and get another 90 day visa Thank you very very much
TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is concerned about their 90-day non-immigrant B visa expiring on March 2, while necessary documents for a one-year extension will only be ready on March 1. They seek advice on easy border crossing options or other solutions to avoid overstaying their visa. Responses included suggestions for potential extensions through an appeal during the pandemic, options for flying to neighboring countries like Cambodia or Vietnam for a visa run, and the importance of having a work permit for the extension process. It was also highlighted that leaving Thailand would typically mean reapplying for a new visa rather than simply obtaining another 90 days.
