What documents are required for DTV visa approval using an IFZA company in Thailand?
DTV Application (Remote Work) – IFZA Company Documents Question
Has anyone here successfully obtained a Thailand DTV visa using their own UAE company (IFZA/FZCO)?
My application is currently being processed by the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta, and they have requested legalization of my UAE company documents.
I have:
• IFZA Trade License (with QR verification)
• IFZA Unit Lease Agreement (with QR verification)
I would really appreciate hearing from someone who has actually gone through this process:
1. Was legalization of the Trade License alone sufficient, or did you also have to legalize the Unit Lease Agreement?
2. Were your IFZA QR-verified documents accepted for legalization, or were additional attestations required?
3. Approximately how much did the process cost and how long did it take?
Looking specifically for first-hand experience with IFZA/UAE companies and DTV applications.

You paid the application fee if your documents are processed by the Embassy.

I successfully helped one of my clients obtain a DTV using an IFZA company.
In our case, we submitted these three documents:
* Certificate of Formation (showing the company registration number)
* IFZA Trade License (issued by the Government of Dubai)
* IFZA’s confirmation letter stating the successful establishment of the company (“Congratulations on the successful establishment of your company.”)
We did not submit the Unit Lease Agreement. However, if you have it available, I believe it’s always better to include it as additional supporting evidence to make your application as complete as possible.

The Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta has specifically requested legalization of my company documents, so I am trying to understand exactly what level of attestation was required in your client’s case.
