What documents are typically requested for a DTV application at the Thai Embassy in Helsinki?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice from people who applied for a Thailand DTV through the Royal Thai Embassy in Helsinki, especially as an Estonia resident.

I applied for the DTV workcation/remote worker category on 13 June. On 15 June, the embassy requested additional documents such as signed rental contract, month-end bank balances, flight tickets, and latest payslip. I submitted everything, and after that my status moved to “Pending Approval.”

Today, after more than a week, I received another document request asking for:

* All pages of my passport, including blank pages, in order
* Physical pictures of both sides of my Estonian residence permit card
* Trade registration with business details/shareholders
* Company letter signed and stamped confirming that I will work remotely from Thailand
* Proof of education history in Estonia

Has anyone received a similar request from Helsinki or another Thai embassy? Is it normal to get another document request after the application already reached “Pending Approval”? Did anyone still get approved after this type of second request?
