For the 1 year extension based on marriage to Thai wife, when going back to get the extension inked in, after the 21 day under consideration period (at Cheng Watthana). Is any paperwork, documentation, etc required? Or just show up with passport?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain the one-year visa extension based on marriage to a Thai wife after the 21-day under consideration period, you only need to bring your passport and the blue-green receipt showing your payment of 1900 baht. No updated bank book is required. Go to the queue counter and get a ticket for section L-2 to receive your extension.

okay, in BANGKOK <- which is where the O/P applied for their yearly extension, after the 21 day under consideration stamp when you go back to get a year extension inked in based on marriage to a thai or raising thai children, you DO NOT need to show an updated bank book the day you go back

You take your passport, the blue-green receipt that shows you paid 1900 baht and go to the queue counter get a ticket for section L-2. They'll ink the year extension into your passport

You just go with your passport unless you got directions from the officer when you applied for an extension.
