TLDR : Answer Summary
A person holding a Non-Immigrant O-A visa in Thailand can generally change their visa to a marriage-based Non-O visa. The process involves meeting specific requirements, particularly concerning the duration of marriage and financial proofs. Since the individual in question has been married for about 5 years, they are likely to qualify, but it's essential to check the latest regulations and required documentation.
