Hi

I am applying for a multi entry visa but is requiring a confirmation letter of where I will be staying in Thailand. I will have some difficulty obtaining this. I have provide the address and contact number of where I will be living. Would this be enough to get my visa?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is applying for a multi-entry visa to Thailand and is concerned about providing a confirmation letter for their accommodation, which they find difficult to obtain. They have supplied the address and contact number of their intended residence, and they are unsure if this will suffice for the visa application.

Hi Murray, I just got my tourist visa from London... they only do E-Visas now ... All I did was give then a copy of the hotel receipt where I will stay for two nights and then added the address and post code of where I am staying after and it was accepted... hope this helps... the application was quite an accomplishment to complete but just persevere....

Do it mate will be in chiang mai for a year. Sweet I am just going to do that then book a hotel or something for a few weeks then cancel it

You can also look at something like booking.com. There are plenty options where you can cancel before any transaction actually occurs. I'm sure you can just show a week or two booked. Perhaps you can email the embassy and find out.

Garrett Greenwald one last question mate. Could I say book a airbnb or hotel for a week or would it have to be the full duration of me living there as I could book another hotel in that period if that makes sense
