Answer summary
When entering Thailand for the first time with a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa), you should bring the following items:
- 20,000 THB in cash
- A copy of your DTV
- Your passport
- Hotel reservations
- A completed Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)
Additionally, it is advisable to have details of onward travel within 180 days as many airlines might ask for this documentation before boarding.

you need to have the TDAC filled out and submitted before you travel
I didn't have any onward travel booked. No one asked to see money . Digital arrival card has accommodation info on it so they didn't ask for that . Stamped for 6 months.
true but many frogs do not cross the border into Thailand and therefore may not be completely up to date on the latest Visa requirements. I mean come on give a frog a break. 555
Alan Onit You can apply for an extension, it's not a given. People are refused extensions. It's also a requirement of many airlines to have onward travel within the duration of your allowed stay.
