I will be flying to BKK with a lot of baggage so I'm looking for concierge/porter service to help, from BAGGAGE CLAIM AREA to hotel. Please recommend a company you have used

If you don't have a response specific to my request, don't bother cluttering this thread with advice on selling my stuff blah blah blah...I don't need or want it

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks recommendations for a porter or concierge service to help transport a large amount of luggage from the baggage claim area of Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi Airport to their hotel. Responses suggest services like AIRPORTELs and Bellugg, which are located at the airport. Other users also mention that while assistance is generally available, the user needs to handle customs and baggage claims personally, and that a fat track service for expedited help may also be a good option. Various suggestions for transferring luggage efficiently while managing customs processes are shared.

Book a fast track service or contact your hotel. They will pick you up with a porter

Waste of money bringing loads of gear to Thailand, you should give it to a local charity.

For a 50 or 100 baht tip, you will have porters fighting each other to help you. As someone noted up thread, we never handle our baggage, and while I travel light, Sunny brings everything she'd need for every situation from a day at the beach to a formal dinner with the prime minister.

When you get to the carousel, ask attendants, usually watch over the area, that you have many luggage and need help to put them onto trolleys and wheel them to taxi rank. They will need to handover your request to a few different staff because inside and outside customs area cannot be mixed due to security reasons.

If u use a taxi(metered) they will load and unload at airport/hotel. Then the hotel concierge will take your luggage from there. We never touched our luggage in 5 weeks.

I would love to know if this is possible too. I am a single mom, traveling with my young children. It would be great to have someone get the luggage while I hold my young kids hands.

Narelle Collins thank you! Does this differ from the fast track that is available to people who travel in business class (we will be flying business class)? Will they help you get your luggage through customs? TIA

Possibly he is traveling with others and has an airline loyalty program that allows multiple suitcases per person.

Don’t judge him.

There’s a service at BKK that will drop your baggage at your hotel or residence.

AIRPORTELs and Bellugg. They are conveniently located on the basement (B Floor) and arrival level

There are buggies you can load your bags on and elevators to the B floor. As others have mentioned , you’ll have to claim your bags at the carousels and get through customs. That many bags , they’re going to inspect your luggage.

Only other option is fast track and that’s expensive.

From previous experience, only airport staff are allowed within the security/ customs/ baggage reclaim area . So may well be up to you to manage on your own or contact BKK itself for assistance.

David Romero just get a van at the airport or use Bolt or Grab apps, can easily fit 10 standard suitcases behind the seats at the rear door plus all the room in the rest of the van that seat 8 passengers.

Della F Moores every international airport has a service to get your bags to the taxi. Most mid size and up hotels will have someone to get your bags from the car to your room. I figured he could sort that out on his own as he was able to get to the origin airport with it and was concerned about a large enough vehicle to transport the excess luggage.

David Romero I don't think they usually let outsiders into the baggage claim area due to security. Get a big trolley or pay airport staff to help go through customs. Then a taxi van.
