TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is looking for a reliable Fastrack immigration agent at Suvarnabhumi airport, expressing concern about being quoted THB7,500. Community responses suggest that recent wait times at immigration have improved, with some reporting as little as 15-minute waits. While some users feel the fee for Fastrack is too high, others argue that it can be worth it for avoiding lengthy queues, especially for those in a rush. Recommendations for alternative services include Thaivisa Center, which is noted to charge around THB2,500, and a particular provider with a link shared by a user. Options vary in price and user experiences differ based on their needs and preferences.

not a waste of money at all. I arrived on 27th December and was through and had my baggage within 20 minutes of landing. My mate was over an hour and half in total. $30 is well worth it in my eyes. Im impatient and hate queuing

I arrived last week. Through immigration in less than 10 minutes and waited 40 for luggage.

Can be a waste of money depending on flights how many have arrived time etc. no guarantee it will be sweet as yours was

i used to do in Phuket all the time and saved me loads of time. Bangkok is hit and miss. It saved me massively at Christmas but may last year it didn’t really save me anytime. Defo advise it for busy airports and busy travel times. Yeh it’s a lot quieter now than it was at Christmas that is for sure

I do it if I don't have checked luggage. Last week I had 30kg of stuff for my condo reno

yeh I take around 25kg every trip. Need to learn to pack light but I have so many clothes and like to wear them 🤣

ha ha mine was not clothing

Waste of money if you have checked luggage as you still need to wait for luggage. Great if only carry on and you need to be on another flight or bus.

Yep. I'll go with that. Last entry was so easy through immigration, was about the first to the luggage carousel. Over half an hour later my bag arrived

yes Immigration was very quick last week luggage was 40 minutes. Immigration depends if the officer knows what an OX is very quick if they do.

I pay $30 for fast track through the KKday app

Do u mean fast track or safe entry airport service? If so it’s more expensive than regular fast track.

Are you sure you need it? Immigration queue times seem to have dropped dramatically in the past couple of months compared to last year. Most people seem to report no more than 15 minute or so waits, unlike the 3 hours in the past.

I think Thaivisa center does it for around 2500. I'd send then a message and confirm though
