If someone has concerns about being hassled at immigration at BKK due to too many visa exempt or SETV entries, would using one of the concierge services that takes you through the priority lane help minimize the chance of any issues? Assuming of course all other documentation of travel and proof of funds are in order Any particular services anyone recommends?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Concerns have been raised about potential hassles at Bangkok's immigration for travelers with multiple visa exempt or SETV entries. While using concierge services that offer fast track immigration might seem beneficial, experiences among users vary significantly. Some report being grilled even while using fast lanes, suggesting that the scrutiny may not decrease, and officers may take more time to examine entry histories when the rush is less. There are anecdotal instances where travelers felt more valued and had smoother experiences, yet issues were still reported. The overall sentiment indicates inconsistency based on individual officers and highlights the importance of ensuring all travel documentation is in order. Additionally, recommendations for specific concierge services were requested, linking to searches for fast-track services.

Just as a side note if BKK is just a transit point and you are flying AirAsia, you are taken to a private immigration point with no line or hassles

I fly to Chiang Mai because their immigration is quicker, but recently the transit fly through service for leaving and entering has been fantastic

First time I used the service (at swampy) the guy didn't even look me up on the computer. Just stamped and smiled.

Most recent one (at DM), the girl studied her screen for a long time.

So, well, like the regular lane, I guess it depends entirely on the officer you get.

Considering you can buy fake fast track passes on eBay, I doubt it makes any difference.

No. No need too.

The assumption I had was being in that lane means you have money either to fly business class or to have an elite visa or at least bought a concierge service, so you're viewed as more a "desirable" tourist they want to come spend money in Thailand. But someone sent me a private message that the one time they got hassled was when using fast lane. His theory is the immigration officers don't have to deal with a mad rush of people and so have more time to peruse your entry history and ask you more questions. So maybe it isn't that great an idea.

I have heard stories that people who use those "fast track" services don't get hassled but I have no idea how many entries they had on tourist visas or visa exempt entries. :/

I got grilled using the fastlane. Maybe less likely, but no guarantee.
