What can I do if my family's dependent visa application for Vietnam is delayed and I can't get in touch with the processing office?

Hi, I got my approval on 27.8 and submitted my family's application the same day. Today is their fifth business day, after accounting for holidays and weekends.

We've actually been in Vietnam since 09.08, because my own application took a long time, including two rounds of additional documents. I've already rescheduled our flight twice from the original date, extended our hotel stay, and the kids have already missed several days of school and kindergarten.

They don't answer the phone or emails, and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. Is there any way to get through to them? Is there an email address I'm not aware of? I ask because I see a lot of people in this group who do get email replies, especially when there's a flight involved.

I moved the flight from 04.09 to tomorrow, 05.09.

Any advice other than just waiting?
